Live status is shown for VAT, Income Tax and Self Assessment. For Corporation Tax, PAYE and Companies House, TaxRadar tracks the deadlines rather than live status. We label which is which so nothing is misread.

No. Reminders are branded from your practice — your logo and tone. Clients see your firm, not TaxRadar.

Through HMRC's approved agent APIs, using your existing agent account. You never share client login details, and access is read-only. You can revoke access from your HMRC account at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on UK-region infrastructure, and TaxRadar holds only what it needs to show status and deadlines. Because access is read-only, it cannot change anything at HMRC.

You can disconnect TaxRadar from your HMRC account at any time, which stops all access. On request, your TaxRadar data is deleted.
